Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankRush platform at rankrush.ai (the "Service"), operated by Rankrush Limited ("RankRush", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

RankRush provides tools to (a) monitor your brand's visibility across large language model search systems including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini; (b) audit your website for AI-readiness; (c) generate strategic guidance and content; and (d) where enabled, discover and engage with public community discussions on platforms such as Reddit ("Buzz"). Specific features depend on your subscription tier and may evolve over time.

3. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (currently Starter, Growth, Agency, and Enterprise). Fees, included usage limits, and feature scope for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Usage limits and fair use

Each subscription tier includes per-action usage limits (for example, AI visibility scans, website audits, and node rechecks). You agree not to circumvent these limits, automate the Service in ways not expressly permitted, or use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed limits or appear to abuse the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization; (f) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except where expressly permitted; (g) use the Service to send spam or malicious content; or (h) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. AI-generated content

Significant parts of the Service rely on third-party large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Perplexity) to produce visibility reports, audit findings, strategy suggestions, and draft content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and may include hallucinated or biased information. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it to make business decisions. The Service is provided as a tool and not a substitute for professional legal, financial, marketing, or compliance advice.

7. Community engagement (Buzz)

The Buzz module helps you draft and, optionally, publish content to community platforms such as Reddit. You are solely responsible for any content posted under your linked accounts, including compliance with the rules of each subreddit, the platform's terms of service, applicable advertising disclosure laws, and intellectual property rights. We provide drafting and scheduling tools; we do not author or endorse the content you publish. You agree not to use Buzz to engage in vote manipulation, undisclosed paid endorsement, harassment, or spam.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini API and, optionally, Search Console), Perplexity, Reddit, and Firecrawl. Your use of any integration is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

9. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Customer Content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you, including transmitting relevant inputs to the third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Content to train third-party AI models on your behalf, and we configure provider APIs to exclude training where that option is available.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, audit logic, tech-tree progression, scoring methodologies, documentation, and the RankRush name and logo, is owned by RankRush and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.

11. Beta and experimental features

We may make beta or experimental features available. These are provided "as-is", may be unstable or modified at any time, and are excluded from any service-level commitments. Your feedback on such features may be used by us without obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant any specific ranking, citation, or visibility outcome on any AI platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankRush, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankRush and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your Customer Content; (c) any content you publish through Buzz; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or expose us to legal liability. You may stop using and delete your account at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, and provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of London, England, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and RankRush regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
